Renting the scooters was definitely a big plus on the week we spent in Oahu! Your location in Waikiki is great, the satff is flexible (I changed the pick-up time in a second), very helpful and kind, and best of all, there was no bureaucracy to rent the scooters.  I had seen you on the net, but made no online reservations.  The guys at the store helped my wife feel more comfortable with a “Moped 101″class, which was perfect!
